Device Compatibility

Customers are accountable for making sure their device is network-unlocked and eSIM-capable. The customer certifies that their device complies with these standards by checking the relevant box at the checkout. Customers must verify compatibility with their carrier and country of origin, as the list of eSIM-compatible devices supplied may not be comprehensive.

Termination of the Agreement

The Agreement may be terminated at any time by either you or Ezysimworld by providing the other party with at least 30 days’ written notice. Ezysimworld may terminate the Agreement immediately if you break your commitments, if there is suspicion of fraud or gross negligence, if required by law or authorized by a relevant authority, or in an emergency situation. If you are an individual and die, Ezysimworld may terminate the Agreement without notice. Any unpaid fees are the responsibility of your estate. Existing rights and duties are unaffected by the termination of the Agreement.
